Process from A-Z; Inquiry to Installation:

  1. Receipt of customer request via mail or via phone
  2. Study customer request upon availability in stock, replacement available alternatives, especially for accessories & consumable parts
  3. Evaluate customer request in terms of time ceiling allowed for delivery
  4. The need of doing supportive mechanical & electrical works for customers benefit, such as installation, programming & project commissioning
  5. Training customer staff to handle & operate radios after end of project test & commissioning
  6. After completion of evaluation, a commercial & financial proposal will be submitted to the customer/end-user to study & acknowledge after for approval or denial
  7. In case of approval, then customer will be advised to provide the type of usage of radios, location of site & signal coverage area needed to set a plan for installation
  8. On receipt of this data, a site survey will be set to check:
    1. Ground topography, location of nearby artificial & natural obstacles that may influence on the LOS
    2. Area of signal coverage as a diameter in terms of miles/kilometres the customer looks for or anticipates to have & what other alternatives of linkage are available, such as additional towers or implementing IP connectivity feature if available & licensed
    3. Taking soil samples for lab tests needed for concrete foundation of towers that needs also “Cathodic” protection
    4. Measure of wind speed in day & night time, especially in mountainous as to aid us later to choose the appropriate antenna that have the correct tolerance to wind speed
  9. Check out for sources of power to run base stations & repeaters, so as to advise the customer/end-user, what options he can get…for instance solar power for remote sites, etc
  10. Once the site survey is finished, a new additional proposal will be submitted to  customer/end-user for the additional costs needed to cover completion of project
  11. After frequencies/channels were selected, all values with other settings in addition to the password will be provided to the customer/end-user as a PDF print-out & as a "code plug" via email
  12. After the handing over the executed project to the customer, a field qualitative test will run by both parties to refine any drawbacks
  13. All radio serials will be listed as well in a file & sent by email to customer that matches the serials on the invoice & delivery note handed to the customer previously
  14. A warranty of not less than 6-mnoths is provided per each radio & not less than 3-months per each accessory or consumable (like a battery) as written note on the recede & delivery note, along with the “Certificate of Origin” & copy of shipping manifest & PL
  15. A feedback from customer/end-user is always taken into account as a reflect of his /their impression about the product  & service provided & in turn receives any idea or suggestions that may serves both parties to enhance the product/accessory performance
  16. Put a plan in cooperation with customer for need for consumables for one full year time ceiling, just in case an expansion of the project is planned for by the customer/nd-user
  17. Develop a plan for exchange of information with respect to the beneficiary of the customer/end-user, including the performance of the radio devices in daily usage, through Sabaa personnel field visits
